We retain the services of fully trained Control managers, who will call free of charge to examine work and recommend customers on the most appropriate course of action, where needed. Any imperfections arising from incorrect installation or repair work, that may require rectification, and that occur within the guarantee period, are treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the customers earliest possible convenience. Problems which arise outside the companies standard guarantee period may also be rectified free of charge, or at a partial charge, at the companies discretion.
